We chose a passive claw intake because we felt that it was doable based on our current knowledge and abilities. We would have liked an active intake but could not prototype a working one.

Iterations
- Switched from GoBilda Torque servo to Axon Mini + for access to position sensor and PID tuning.
- Redesigned claw to provide more support for servos and stronger connection to arm, as the “wrist” became the weak point and broke during tests
- Added andymark tank tread as grip to fingers and claw to prevent pixels slipping during transport.
- Weight reduced claw arm to avoid tipping when extended.
